” Syrian Arab Army 47 mins · Before being targeted by a 9K79-1 missile, the Turkish units west of Saraqeb were warned by an airstrike that hit at a close proximity of their station. Remember, Syria didn’t start the war, Turkey and other NATO states did. Syrians didn’t go to other’s homelands and backed terrorists to kill their people, they came to ours. The death of Turkish soldiers is on the head of the Turkish regime Recep Tayyip Erdoğan who sent them illegally to Syria. The SAA is still advancing in southern Idlib. Al-Rahmoun’s hometown, which he vowed to “protect” in a recent audio message, will most likely fall into the hands of the army within a few hours.

The elimination of al-Rahmoun is without a doubt a major blow to HTS and its general leader, al-Julani, who may face the same fate soon.

Don’t buy a full war, Turkey is in the verge of financial collapse, while Syria is already in financial coma, so Turkey has all to lose, they have zero support from NATO and know that any larger attack in Syria will face Russia, and both are playing the friends and the rivals dance for now. In my view no major invasion in Syria, but the turks seems to be focused to go to bed all the way with al Qaeda, it could lead them to babies or to hell….no matter what, this aggression would blow back inside Turkey, civil war,… Read more »

I am concerned about losses of SAA, hope these numbers are not realistic. I wonder how turks count casualties among Syrians.. Such news come third or fourth time in two weeks. There are so many bad people in Idlib who are on drugs and have sworn to fight to the death.
It is a wish they where given many chances to opt out of.
They chose death.
Many good and honest men are going to be hurt keeping these misguided psychopaths away from their countrymen.
It is a sad situation.

Stepan, the turkish internet army and MoD is spreading lies after lies for weeks for domestic consumption. There were 2 confirmed turkish illegal soldiers killed last night, there are unofficial nbrs of 20+ though, which is most likely considered the fierce shelling on the area al Qaeda and turks were intermingled.
On the other side all turkish report on SAA casualties are simply so absurd that even their domestic audience make fun of the regime.
So, take as it is…2 dead turks and zero SAA.

only problem is the bishop waiting in the wings.. a dangerous position for the terrorists surrounded on all 3 sides.. The soviets did this to get the Germans to think surrounding them on all 3 sides was a winning strategy.. The main difference being, the germans did not have artillery to reduce that pocket.. As soon as the SAA moves their artillery into position this salient becomes a graveyard..

Saraqib just fell to the vicious turks & their gangs. Syria & russia r too nice, they need to be vicious like Turkey or they’ll keep losing. Putin the wimp was nice & dumb 2 allow turkish presence inside syria & now they’re trying their level best to avoid turkish casualties while Turkey is openly & viciously targeting their planes & soldiers. Putin’s strategy of weakness is capture a town & ceasefire & capitulate.

I believe it’s been explained before – the NDF are guys who don’t deploy outside of their hometowns, so when the fight is in their neighbourhood they ally with the Army until they’re not needed anymore. But there are still Russian SOF around and Iranian militias, but not many. Don’t try and take the honour of victory from the Syrians by trying to understate their valour and sacrifice. ziad, Big Ziad has explained the National Defence Forces — very important, they are volunteers, better-trained than the average Army guy, by the Iranians. This was part of Saydar Soliemani’s work. Ziad numbered the NDF at 160,000, and that was a good 5 years back. No doubt there are plenty others, esp. such folk as Afghan Hazaras — lovely people — Shias, who also are there because Soleimani. The Syrian Arab Republic is 23 million people (just like the dumb-ass Aussies) — there are enough brave souls to carry the day, given that God (and the living incarnation of God)… Read more »

Syrian soldiers are the ones doing the fighting and dying, over 75000 of them already.. Allied forces losses are under 15000… So you can get an idea of the ratios.. While Syrian forces have eliminated around 80000 foreign fighters and 25000 syrian insurgents and Russia says they have themselves eliminated over 80,000 of them.. So most people dying are syrians including military and foreign fighters. You can not have hundreds of thousands of foreign fighters without logistics to back them up or local support. Do you see Syrians talking about Iranians or lebanese etc etc etc???? We have thousands of… Read more »

This is wonderful, if true. But I’m afraid Bernie just signed his suicide note. What they did to Corbyn will seem fair by comparison.
But the ensuing avalanche of smear may backfire and get people to have increased mistrust in their m$m. It’s gonna be a non-stop ‘self-hating-Jew’athon, and folks may just get tired of hearing it. This could definitely catalyze the break-up of the democratic party.

That was my initial reaction, but after some thought I’m not so sure. He might be baiting them to continue the attacks, which after three years of Russia! Russia! have no traction at all among voters except for those who are never Bernie anyway. He doesn’t have to continue agreeing that “Putin bad; Xi bad.” He can just start dismissing it by saying, “I’m tired of talking about how bad foreign leaders are. Let’s talk about what we need to fix at home.” I’m probably guilty of wishful thinking, but the referenced statements on Israel are a great sign.

Turkish lira at weakest on Syria, coronavirus

ISTANBUL, Feb 26 – The Turkish lira hit its weakest level in regular trade in nine on Wednesday on investor concern about the spread of the coronavirus and the conflict in neighbouring Syria, to where Turkey has sent thousands of troops.

The lira weakened as far as 6.1625 against the dollar from a close of 6.1425 on Tuesday. In a “flash crash” in Asian trade on Aug. 26 last year, the lira briefly hit a level of 6.47 when liquidity was very low.

Turks are like Englishmen — they are hypnotized by their imperial past, and incapable or unwilling to live in reality. Such psychosis leads to hideous crimes… * * * * * “I have often seen a room full of people, a city full of people, a country full of people seized with an intoxication and frenzy in which many individuals become a unit, a homogeneous mass, and all individuality is extinguished. Some latest news from the battle fields in Syria: 1) Saraqib. As mentioned before, the 4th Armoured moved from Jabal Shashebo to Saraqib few hours ago, this extra force is very well equipped with tanks and battle experienced soldiers. A counter attack was initiated and BM-30 was used burning the ground in Efes and al Nayrab, while RuAF and SAAF jets are no stop over the area of Qmenas, Sarmin and Idlib city hitting any armoured vehicles and terrorist gathering. So far 2 turks were reported killed but it is expected that that number will be higher than 20 due… Read more »

the aim here for the “zio” is a goal i believe , rather then who is used to reach said goal. the turks have a better army than the (still uncertain) kurshish state, so therefore the turks can serve the zio masters better at achieving the desired goal.

we ultimately agree that the “zio” is the one directing this conspiracy. therefore we must agree that the zio has a wide range of assets to deploy in order for him to realize his goal, be they turks, the kurds, nato or anyone else, it matters not.

Turkey: Why is the ‘Sick Man of Europe’ itching in Syria?

Article at journal-neo [dot] org

An analysis of the evolution of Turkey’s policies in Syria shows that it has been a massive failure.

The fact that Syria, supported by Russia, has brought M-5 under control and even operationalised the city of Aleppo, means that Turkey’s own entire ‘Syria project’ is crumbling.

NATO countries will neither support the invocation of Article 5 over the death of Turkish troops in Idlib nor provide Turkey with military assistance in the event of a military operation inside Syria.

1) Fierce fighting continues NW of Saraqib, after losing Efes village, the M5 is no longer secured, risk is too high for traveling without taking a turkish supplied ATGM heads on. So far reports have suggested an incredible high nbr of ATGM and MANPADS being used, ATGMS are causing a huge issue for the SAA while MANPADS are preventing low altitude bombing by Su25, Su24, L-39 and choppers, only high altitude planes used by now. Should the SAA managed to counter attack in Efes tonight and retake the village, then Saraqib will be in real danger tomorrow. Meanwhile…southern Idlib is… Read more »

Not sure it was fake retreat or a tactical retreat to avoid even higher losses. The fact is that the fire power in the area is significant, turkish heavy artillery, ATGMs and lots of terrorists in what it can be told a suicidal mission but the fact is that Saraqib is at risk now so it is M5 from Efes, that could be given as a positive results for the rats indeed. Foggy: … and you wonder why Russia has ‘folded’ on their railway deal in Iran?
Like I said before, expect lots of such projects to be put ‘on hold.’
Russia is probably using the sanction threat as an excuse.
No sense building a railway if all workers are sick, quarantined or dead … and no people or goods to transport … and no money in the treasury to pay Russia back.

Probably not since the ” accepted ” narrative is that this was caused by ” inappropriate ” Chinese food habits. To justify a response those countries would need to publicly accuse the Zios of it, and like with 911, I strongly doubt they will.
