AL-HASAKA: John Esq. sent me an email with a link to Pat Buchanan’s ranting-cum-ignorant article which seems to suggest the Western mantra about “Assad about to fall”. The West is even kiting lies about Russian advisers leaving Syria which is completely and utterly false. Buchanan, seemingly losing his compass at his advanced age, is mimicking the press and repeating the same blunder-laden nonsense which the Zionist press continues to eruct. It’s a shame when someone like Pat Buchanan begins to appear frail in the mind.
Al-Mujabbal Al-Zifti: The SAA engaged ISIS in extremely intense combat here destroying a confirmed 2 pickup trucks with the usual Doschkas. All aboard the trucks were killed. The SAA is not permitting photography of these scenes as a matter of security.
Al-Ahdaath Prison Complex: Remember, the prison is not yet completed and the attacks on it remain somewhat puzzling. In any case, yesterday, defenders of the SAA and PDC destroyed one pickup with 23mm cannon, a van loaded with ammunition and killed a reported 7 rodents.
All these villages are seeing heavy combat as I write: Ghuraat, ‘Abid, Sawdaa`.
Massive counterattack by the Syrian Army at Abyadh Bridge in rural southeast Al-Hasaka. Reports are that the ISIS buzzards have sustained devastating losses to the SAAF as it covered a counter-sweep by the SAA. As I write, the rats are screaming for help with no chance of reinforcements in sight.
Al-Maylabiyya: A pickup with 23mm cannon destroyed. The number of these trucks deployed to Syria and Iraq gives the reader an measuring stick for analysing the huge financial losses to KSA and Qatar in funding this fool’s errand.
Al-Daawoodiyya: Another pickup destroyed.

NEWS AND COMMENT:
Syrius sends us this very enlightening article from VeteransToday:
http://www.veteranstoday.com/2015/06/02/us-accuses-syria-of-aiding-isis/
Ziad, tks for the up date, your article gives a bit more flavour on what is coming out of the web on this front. The initial ISIS offensive seems to have lost its momentum, it will be great to see a breakthrough from Syria during the next hours in order to break ISIS back and eliminate the threat to Hasaka city. Elsewhere in Hasaka Province, ISIS is taking a quick all over, their situation in NW Hasaka is desperate, YPG is advancing full speed toward Tall Abyad in Raqqa Province.
Thanks Ziad for the great news today.
Canthama, Thanks for your informed comments.
An article of the Syrian Al Watan newspaper said that Kurdish refuse to fight alongside the ASA to defend Assaka.

Seems there are still some outlets reporting ISIS still attacking when clearly they have been repelled.
At least Buchanan isn’t recycling the new mantra that Assad and ISIS are in bed together! On two fronts–Hasaka and Qualamoon–the jihadists are in major retreat. On one–the Southern front–nothing major seems to be occurring. So, the fact that the Western press (including Buchanan now) seems to be trumpeting the fall of Assad when the SAA is infinitely better off now than 2012 suggests a serious propaganda ploy to stave off the reverse–a major jihadist defeat in the near future with the redeployment of the SAA, the strengthening of Hebollah in Syria, and the introduction of Iranian special forces. It did look ominous a month or so ago, but since then it appears to me that you’ve held the line and are pushing back. I hope iv’e got it right
some info nuggets I got from a friend; I reported to you sometimes back about disagreement between Iran and Syria about command and control of SAA and particularly about the tactics used by SAA in this war, this was mostly about the battle for total closure of Aleppo a few months ago that failed. The Iranians have consistently pushed for an asymmetrical response to the battles a hand. SAA brass having been trained and educated in Russia and or Soviet Union are more apt at large mechanized and armored maneuvers and such. Iran wants the SAA to fight more like… Read more »

Rat disinformation to confuse and demoralize the misinformed and uninformed. Iran and Russia are solidly behind Syria.

Byzantine is a word worth considering when speculating about Syria’s Allies. Russia has shown itself to be a good friend of Syria so far, why should that change? Perhaps it is a sign of confidemce in the Syria, Hezbollah, Iraq Iran alliance that allows Russia tc concentrate on the Ukraine etc.
And Russia and China can veto any bad Security Council proposals.
Rusia and Syria doesn’t mind the change of tactic really,,
The Ultimate Goal is Victorious… Why matters ??
Syrians will fight.
Hezbollah will fight.
Iranians will fight.
Russians will fight.
Honorable internationals will fight together with professional army veterans.

For the SYRIAN women and children!
It’s not surpriising that Pat Buchanan is pushing America’s latest anti-Syrian psyops.
Hell he is a former member of the CIA-controlled Congress for Cultural Freedom outift.
Buchanon is a classic Controlled Opposition shill.
He postures as a critic of America’s dirty wars, but only to slip in American propaganda memes in the process.
Controlled Opposition is the only dissent that America tolerates.
