Russian President Vladimir Putin

 During an annual Q&A session, a Russian pensioner asked Vladimir Putin about his plans to annex Alaska. The president answered that Russia sold the territory once and has no ambition to try and get it back. He added that Russia has plenty of cold territories without Alaska.

He can have Alaska if takes palin with it. I fact northern Calif. from Fort Ross to the northern border belonged to Russia at one time.
