SECOND POST – NOVEMBER 28, 2012 – FIRST MEETING OF NACOSROF DISASTER; ROBERT FORD’S PERSONAL FIASCO FOR ALL TO SEE

SECOND POST – NOVEMBER 28, 2012 – SYRIAN OPPOSITION FIRST CONFERENCE A FIASCO FOR ROBERT FORD AND HIS TERRORISM ENABLERS: MORE NEWS FROM AROUND THE WORLD

Khaled Oweiss is a virulent little rat who should not be spared the virgin blade.  Yet, in this article, he writes about a Quixotic quest as ludicrous as any undertaken by the hapless Lakhdar Brahimi.  This time, the tilter is Robert Ford, last year’s winner of the EGON KRENZ ANNUAL AWARD FOR SERVICE TO THE SYRIAN SECURITY ESTABLISHMENT:

http://www.dailystar.com.lb/News/Middle-East/2012/Nov-28/196427-splits-mar-start-of-syrian-opposition-talks.ashx#axzz2DX6IZjyN

Here’s the problem with the NACOSROF:  First of all, the name is unwieldy and nauseatingly long.  It has no meaning and the acronym is execrable.  Even in Arabic, it generates revulsion:

الإئتلاف الوطني للثورة السورية والقوات المعارضة

The Arabic makes an acronym that is something like AWTHQM or OHSCUM!  This is hardly the kind of concept which excites people.  We recommend that OHSCUM fire Robert Ford immediately and hire
SyrPer to create a rational and accurate acronym for this new and ephemeral organization.  We recommend by way of example:  THE TEMPORARY ORGANIZATION FOR XENOPHOBIC INSTITUTIONS AND COALITIONS or TOXIC!!

Only minds clouded by visions of glory and doses of morphine could possibly operate under a moniker like OHSCUM.

Robert Ford’s Frankenstein monster is only now beginning to move its pinky.  The selection of Cairo, of all places, as an headquarters only buttresses the argument that A. Mu’az Al-Khatib, the newly elected, Hollywood-created, crypto-Islamist fanatic weasel is, in fact, a front for the Muslim Brotherhood.  SyrPer knew much of Al-Khatib before he was puffed up like some advertising blimp by Robert Ford’s cabal of Neo-Con blowhards and Zionist spies.  He is the Muslim Brotherhood incarnate!  And Cairo is now the center of, not only the Muslim Brotherhood, but also the entire Islamist movement championed by the Caliph of Ankara and his moribund tribe of apes in Arabia.  The handwriting is on the wall.  Nothing can come of this OHSCUM unless it turns openly and irrevocably militant and Islamist.  That would put the kibosh on Ford’s plan to use this pathetic Trojan Horse to garner the support of secular Muslims and minorities in Syria whose cooperation is crucial and indispensable.

The cancer that eats away at OHSCUM is similar to the one that infects the Palestinian movement.  Hamas cannot reconcile its differences with Fatah without losing its own message, and with that, its own raison d’etre.  Fatah, too, must insist that its Gazan partner recognize the Zionist Abomination as a legitimate state and partner for peace.  Without that, Fatah becomes a party to infamy by abandoning treaties and covenants requisite for statehood and international respect.  Quite a mess.

But the mess at OHSCUM is much worse.  There you have communists, socialists, progressives who must cooperate with Salafists, Takfiris, Jihadists and every species of irrational, boneheaded humbug, sorcerer and pseudo-prophet that a failed civilization can possibly produce.  In the middle are the hapless and hopeless “moderates”, the “I’m Okay, You’re Okay” crowd that derives its sustenance from the adulation of the white man who thinks of them as “Worthy Oriental Gentlemen”.  The mess is complete when you add the tribes!  But the mess becomes a cosmic catastrophe when you add the NATO-enabled terrorists who are fighting a jihad against everybody in order to install a Caliphate in Syria!!!!

Ford looks to the Heavens for sustenance as he embarks on his most laureled flop.  Having been booted out of Syria; having handed his own friends over to the Syrian security services; having sold his soul to Mammon, Satan and the Wicked Witch of the West; this character would be a most appropriate substitute for Rowan Atkinson in any Mr. Bean comedy.

My friend Radwan in Beirut tells me that most analysts see OHSCUM as some carnival sideshow.  He used the word “frivolous” to describe the evolving miasma in Cairo.

Shoddy reporting from AP, Reuters and the rest about Iran’s nuclear program is exposed:

I have to go to court.  My e-mails today all show we are right about the fighting in Syria.  You should see the bozos who took over the Tishreen Dam.  They are on their way to Syrian medical schools for anatomy lessons.

What is morale like in Damascus or Aleppo? I see a lot of depression and anger amongst the pro-government folks on the Internet. The army may be doing well, but you also have to keep the home front confident.

Paul, people inside the cities get angered of lack of decisive strikes by the army and security forces, but don’t mix their anger because of that with their support to their country.

Souri,

Yes, but you “win by winning”, as they say. Progress leads to further progress, and eventually the resistance crumbles. So confidence comes from winning. The longer it takes to control Aleppo, the more chance that something bad will happen. It’s not like the West can’t bribe people and pull off something like the bombing a few months ago that killed top personnel.

Then, again, I don’t understand how Syria got into such a mess in the first place, so I’m no expert.

You know Khaled Oweis who is Reuters bureau head in Damascus is one of the main reasons why the Syrian state decided to expel all foreign media out of Syria to preserve the truth there? He was detained at the beginning of the events after a report he made from Daraa interviewing an injured soldier and putting words in the fainting soldier’s mouth, soldiers says in weak voice: ‘We were shot at from the side of protesters’, Oweis repeats in higher voice: ‘Your officer shot at you because you refused to shoot at protesters?’ soldier trying to gather his strength:… Read more »

Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two pictures.
Maybe you could space it out better?
