SYRIAN ARMY LIBERATES NEW AREAS IN DAMASCUS; JAYSH AL-ISLAM ON THE RUN; REPORTS OF ISIS COUNTERATTACK ON SAA FALSE PROPAGANDA; TERRORIST LEADER KILLED IN ALEPPO

الجيش يسيطر على بلدة البحارية والمزارع المحيطة بها بريف دمشق

DAMASCUS:  The Syrian Army has rolled over the last terrorist hyena in the Eastern Ghouta town of Al-Bihaariyya and is headed straight for the last remaining holdout at the southern fringes of the cemetery area.   Make no mistake, Jaysh Al-Islam is on its last breath with reports arriving of mass defections to ISIS or outright desertions with hundreds of former vermin arriving at the Za’atari Camp in Jordan.  Many who are refused entry into Jordan are firing back at soldiers at the border creating a new mess for the dwarf despot of Amman.   Moreover, the Saudis can’t make payroll leaving the entire terrorist group afloat in a sea of bankruptcy while the Russian Air Force makes mincemeat out of their fortifications.  (Just yesterday, the U.S. Air Force buzzed some attacking SU-24 bombers forcing them to stop bombing America’s terrorist allies until the American jets ran out of fues and headed back to Jordan.  The Russians then continued the onslaught.)

AL-RAQQA:

AL-RAQQA – Terrorist websites are trying, in desperation, to put a happy face on a military catastrophe.  Why, they’ve even started fictionalizing the effort of their favorite savages, ISIS, claiming some “counter-offensive”, which, if the truth be told, is taking place only at the borders with Turkey in an effort to blunt the advances of the Kurd insurgents.  There is absolutely no counterattack against the Syrian Army.  Instead, what we are seeing is a redeployment toward Al-Raqqa City in a last ditch effort to dissuade the army from trying to take back this provincial capital.

Al-Tabqa –Anbaaj Road:  The SAAF is pounding this area day and night to prevent ISIS from forming effective assault units as the SAA begins to dig in around the Tabqa A.B. area.

Anbaaj – Abu ‘Allaaj Road:  Ditto.

Southwest of Zakiyya Village:  4 armored vehicles carrying 23mm anti-aircraft guns were evaporated by the SAAF.  Reports indicate heavy losses for ISIS.

We can assure our readers that more and more areas around the Tabqa Airbase are being liberated as we write.  Expect great news in the next 48 hours.

____________________________________________________

ALEPPO:  There are rumors, unfounded, which report that HZB has taken into custody the notorious terrorist child molester, and leader of Nusra/Alqaeda, Abu Muhammad Al-Jawlaaani.  The confusion is due to the fact that the SAA-MI killed yesterday, the leader of a group called “Jaysh Al-Nusra”, some ape named Abu ‘Abdullah Al-Jabal (The Mountain).  HZB has denied arresting Al-Jawlaani.

Leith is of the firm opinion that the SAA are in the ascendancy on multiple fronts mental.. if you accept his other reports which indicate set backs or even disasters you must also accept his positive reports too? Leith puts the SAA well in charge nationally. So therefore to be consistent with your main source you need to acknowledge the good with the bad. And the good far outweighs the bad.

Yes, I agree Leith’s reports are serious, as he strives for honesty and bases them on real sources, not just flights of fantasy. BTW, that’s precisely the reason* he left this place well behind him and went on to become widely quoted, whereas The Infadel‘s tall tales are still relied upon only to induce a hearty belly laugh which loosens one’s stool in the mornings. 1. ”Abandoned”……prove it.

2. How do YOU know what is really happening? Who’s feeding you ”real time” information…..the murdering terrorists…..or the intelligence services. You seem very ”sure” of the facts on the ground.

3. Which begs the question………why do you spend so much time posting here…….if this site is ”marginal”?

You want your comment to be read at the beginning of the blog. I am afraid it just shows how desperate you are to prove something. And if someone is desperate to project a message than it is wise to take it with a grain of salt or outright reject it as propaganda.

Before he then dived for cover on being exposed, ‘Graham’ often used a format uncannily similar to that now adopted full time by ‘Fats’: http://syrianperspective.com/2015/03/idlib-ha-ha-ha-british-liars-caught-again-idlib-firmly-in-hands-of-syrian-army-british-inept-as-usual.html#comment-90255 He reincarnated as ‘Fats’ when he thought I was permanently gone. i have heard that ISIS is using nerve gas against the SAA in raqqa. is there any truth to that.

i would not put it past the savages to use nerve gas, and any other type of gas they can get their hands on. a cornered rat is the most dangerous rat there is.

i also would not put it past the zionist world empire to supply ISIS with nerve gas. since they want ISIS to survive for some time, in any for, especially in syria, until they get their “plan B” into action.

Interestingly, the SAA facebook post is about T-72 tanks retrofitted with reactive armour in Syrian workshops. This is because it’s much more cost effective to do this than buying new T-90 tanks. I presume the top photo is in fact one of these T-72 tanks. This makes me wonder if the T-90 tanks are in fact operated by Russian soldiers, perhaps exclusively. Elsewhere, I’ve read that 40 Syrian soldiers have been killed in the Tabqa offensive. That is 40 tragedies too many, but if anywhere near accurate, then these brave souls have each taken many terrorists with them. The sooner… Read more »

You’re welcome friend. A T-90 has been captured in Al-Mallah, Aleppo about two weeks ago to Tiger Forces by Noureddine Ezzenki.group. The crew abandoned the tank after a supposed “electric failure”… However the rebels had no problem restarting the tank and drive it to one of their garage for repair. Latest news suggest that the T-90 is to be eventually handed by its initial captors to a nearby brigade of Al-Nusra.

What is shown on the photo is no improvement: a normal T-72 with standard ERA, which does not even cover all of the vehicle. SAA has used it from the beginning on. They also operate(d) many T-72s without ANY ERA, but nowadays, this is suicide. T- 72s with ERA are still vulnerable, you need to cover it ENTIRELY and with GOOD ERA, such as Kontakt-5, to live safely. Doubtful, that the ERA the Syrians produce domestically is better or equal to Kontakt-5. The T-90 has a different, much better basic armor. There is no cheap alternative to T-90. Thanks Khvorost. Apparently, Syria has restored combat-damaged T-72AV tanks with Kontakt-5 turret ERA, leaving the skirt with Kontakt-1. I’ve seen photos discussed concerning Arena type systems. It’s good to know that the government forces are developing counter measures, but understandable that they don’t advertise what they are up to. It is particularly loathsome to supply terrorists with TOWs, imho.

Khvorost, great and informative post!!! Yes, you are quite right about “looking like” the real deal and HAVING the real deal. There is just no way to “imitate” quality and that is something that COSTS!!! As you stated: “There is no alternative to T-90”!!! But then, you have to do the best with what you have and SAA may not have the money to pay for all of the upgrades that need to be done on the older model tanks. They are caught between a rock and a hard place. Hopefully things can be stepped up to where the rats… Read more »

EAST GHOUTA: Not quite the “liberation” of Bahariya that Ziad proclaims. Anti-Assad forces retook positions inside the town in the past 24 hours, as well as strategic hill nearby. Fighting ongoing. RAQQA: But at least the East Ghouta update resembles the reality. “There is absolutely no counterattack against the Syrian Army.” That will come as news to the Syrian military after they retreated along the road back to Ithraya, as Canthama wrote under a previous and as multiple observers (including Eyad al-Hussein, embedded with the Syrian Army) have confirmed. ” Let’s not blame the soldiers for they are victims of the US gov. bulllshit too. ”

That argument sure doesn’t fly with Americans , when talking about German WW2 forces. Why shouldn’t we extend the same courtesy to the US army. The US soldiers know exactly what they’re doing, they only get doubts when the enemy starts fighting back. You cant plead ignorance in the age of the internet, that goes double for US Special Ops troops, who relish in the chance to take out the “enemy”, unless , of course, the enemy fights back.

Miesko, take a look at Army recruitment centers around the US. They are in poor and disadvantage areas. Although there are some “tough guys” who want to prove themselves by going to war, many Americans join the Army for potential benefits including college education and job training. Most of these kids are too desperate and/ or badly informed and therefore are victims too. Don’t think I am defending America. As far as I’m concerned it is a cursed and stolen land and the sooner it ceases to exist, the better for humanity. Special Ops are a different story, they are… Read more »

That’s not much of an excuse though, is it ? They’re willing to kill some “foreigners” for money, college, and job training ? Some of the biggest flag waving “merikans” are the poor, they don’t even want to realize how badly they’re being used, its like a blind frenzy of ” patriotism “.

“hassan” I think everyone got conned into the move on Raqqa due to all of the Kurd bashing and fear they would take it and set up shop under the aegis of the US. The Kurd bashing was baiting the trap by getting the SAA to overextend into a vulnerable territory. I agree with you. Let the ISIS crew stew in their caldron a bit more. Aleppo is way more important and strategic. If you notice, the Kurd’s changed direction and headed west. Their move toward Taqqa was obviously a faint. Tell me why Raqqa has any strategic value.

So, trying to find out what is happening now that multiple sources, including Leith Fadel’s site, has reported the same news, is now ‘sympathizing with the terrorists’ ?

It seems several things went wrong at the same time, withdrawal of units for whatever reason, last explanation being they withdrew because of lack of provisions. At the same time the air support had been concentrated in the Palmyra front. And at that moment IS attacked with large numbers.

Russia in Afghanistan, US in Iraq, etc, etc. It’s their their urban fighting tactics, brain-washed fearlessness, etc, etc. Syria’s position is made most difficult of all because they have had to fight Islamists that have had such open and extensive support from the most powerful and/ or richest countries in the world. Islamists who have been extensively aided and abetted by all of Syria’s neighbors (Turkey and… Read more »

@ AoSD,

My comments have been about preventable losses [setting up perimeters, keep hatch closed, stay mobile, don’t group together out in the open, etc.]. Those who put their lives on the line to prevent the fragmentation of Syria, are heroes. Simple, but I hope you agree with the fact that the SAA resources [in personnel] are finite and losses should be prevented at all costs. I think the SAA should adopt a scorched earth strategy; whatever is in front of them… goes up in flames. No mercy, no prisoners.

I see what you are saying. I agree personnel should preserved at all costs. I am just wondering if it is harder to see all dangers when you are in the circumstances. That is, it might be easier to tell the troops are grouping in an exposed area from very does that the Islamists are taking of the attack. I also think it should be easier to observe these ISIS convoys, but I am not there maybe there maybe ISIS has methods of decoying. I would hate to argue for scorched earth, but something should be done. I do agree,… Read more »

American, be proud my friend, for me to see the SAA and their allies still survive 5 years on is a testament to the will of Syrians and their allies, i for one am proud of my countrymen and my relatives who have died fighting these scum, wish i could give people here news but my relatives are keeping quiet about where they are, only 3 have died so far (God bless them and hope no more do) and i will cherish them and all that have died.

I agree with that timeline which shows that the SAA was making steady progress under Dr.Assad. But I would like to see two crucial turning points: 2013 Russian and Iranian warships scare off NATzO naval armada, and free the hands of the SAA to deal with Daesh on the ground; and Sept2015 when Russian Air Force arrives to scare off NATzO planes (including IDF planes). The help from Russia does not downplay the success of Syria + Hezb + Iran fighting forces. Even before Sept2013 I was writing to my friends in England, USA and Australia that the tide was… Read more »

One brave Kurdish MP telling the truth – http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=28d_1462105328 This was sent to me by an Armenian friend with this preface: When we visited my father’s birthplace, Chunkoosh, in 2012 it was populated by Kurds. It was as beautiful as he had described including the fruits and vegetables, and the food that was prepared for us at the local restaurant was just extraordinary. They knew our small group of visitors were Armenian. A beautiful church is still standing there. They acknowledged what happened to the Armenians and they admitted, regretfully, family [sic] that their families had taken part in what happened… Read more »

Why people are so anxious about Russian support? Could it be a Russian objective? In order to gather more global opinion support. In recent years is happening a big escalation in the global propaganda War against Western non aligned powers specially Russia, going as far as touching the Olympics or Soccer World Cup. If the “audience” see Russian action in Syria as capable of ending war in Syria, eliminating the terrorist threat, then people can support Russian action in Syria. If this objective is not being delivered as people would like to, then people can came to ask for more… Read more »

I’m not sure who they are alluding to that supposedly believed that Erdogan was ever a paragon of virtue. Maybe the US directorate believed their own propaganda? http://foreignpolicy.com/2016/06/21/erdoganism-noun-erdogan-turkey-islam-akp/ June 21, 2016 It is no secret that President Recep Tayyip Erdogan’s “New Turkey,” which was hailed five years ago as the shining model of a Muslim democracy, now looks rather bleak. Turkey makes the news today not because of its domestic reforms and regional “soft power,” but because of its increasingly authoritarian regime and frequent terror attacks. But why did “New Turkey” fail? In a sense, it’s simple: intoxication by power.… Read more »

Your advice is sensible but we are not dealing with ‘sensible’ people.
If you ignore them, they will post and post and ‘like’ and ‘dislike’ unchallenged.
We are not FEEDING them we are BLEEDING them.

Death of a thousand credibility cuts and the demise of their shallow egos.
Besides, they hate being mocked.
SO MOCK THEM.

Sorry guys, I’ve got to go now, mummy says it’s time for my breastfeeding before bed. She says I’m very naughty for using too much internet, by pressing like button 38 times in less than one hour on this post alone. Anyway, it made Fat’s ickle ‘pinky’ very sore.

Why can’t you cruel cunts see things from MY point of view?
I just want to be LOVED! Is that too much to ask?

Mummy says I can come back back to play tomorrow.

Okay, but your sense of humor is the same as Fagz, explain that, who is the imposter? And who cares. You know that the Government of Syria will win, this is guaranteed. A people that gets attacked by the western jew led axis of evil will always unite, the people have set the plans against them (the jew terrorists) many years behind, and made it impossible to achieve, I know you scrape the barrel on the worth of a person, you think of us a cattle, you try dignify yourself by perhaps exposing yourself. Oz, not a clue, sometimes the original site prevents you to link. A way out is to write down the link as text, that works 100% of the time.
