NEW HEIGHTS SEIZED BY SYRIAN ARMY FROM ISIS IN QALAMOON; MORE NAILS IN THE ISIS COFFIN

الجيش بالتعاون مع المقاومة يسيطر على تلة الكوش وقرنة الصعبة بالقلمون

DAMASCUS:  It’s getting closer.  Today, we learned the SAA and HZB have secured the following strategic heights in the area of the Al-Jaraajeer Foothills:

Tallat Ra`s Al-Koosh and Qurnat Ra`s Al-Sa’ba.  These are areas which used to be controlled by ISIS until the heroic forces of the Syrian state and the Lebanese Resistance decided to end their polluting presence there.  ISIS cowards can be compared to their soulmates in Alqaeda.  They dropped all their weapons and fled for the perilous insecurity of the Lebanon.  Our soldiers, evidently, enjoy passing out Saudi-supplied weapons to our various militias, this time to Ba’ath Party Vanguards who participated in the annihilation of the Takfiri rodents.

Also of importance today:  HZB has assaulted ISIS positions in the area of Ra`s Ba’albakk connected to the area of Al-Zuwaytiyya.  Fighting also reported on the Lebanese side at Waadi Al-Khayl and Waadi Hareeq.

It is a well known fact Russia has been Supplying Syria with new weapons, i was just wondering if that included tanks, as the SAA has lost many tanks. Also, the Syrian Air Force also is slowly losing planes through attrition, is Russia going to deliver Replacements? Love live the Syrian Arab Republic, The Syrian Arab Army fights for Syria, not for al-Assad. Al-Assad is just one of millions of Syrians who are fighting for Syria.

The SyAAF has actually had many reinforcements, for example in 2008, Belarus shipped almost all of their retired Mig-23 aircraft. The delivery included 33 Mig-23 (30 Mig-23MLD and 3 Mig-23UB). Also recently in 2014/2015 Iran reportedly delivered 10 Su-22 aircraft to Syria. Iran has around 40 Su-22 which were flown to Iran from Iraq during the US invasion. Syria likely only received 10 Su-22 due to the fact Iran had to cannibalize many aircraft to make a fraction of them air worthy. Russia has also delivered many helicopters. However people are right in saying the SyAAF needs to modernise. Syria… Read more »

Anon: Thanks for the breakdown. It would be nice if Syria could get its mitts on some Midg 31s and pop the damned Israelis as soon as they crossed the border, but SAAF aviators and ground crews are not trained in that aircraft, which would have to be done in Russia. Same with the Su 30. It’s a great idea to conjure up images of all these nice airplanes, but hardly anyone gives a thought to the hours of training required for everyone directly working with them. Of course, it’s possible that there are Syrian aviators and ground crew in… Read more »

I know many people are agaisnt what i’m about to say, but hear goes…. If Syria was split into 3 states. The Syrian Arab Republic would hold land basically along the coast and Lebanese Border. Holding all coastal cities such as Latakia and Tarsus, along with Homs, Hama and Damascus. The terrorists could have Idlib, Aleppo, Der el zor, Ar-Raqqa, and areas in the south. And the Kurds/Assyrians could have Hassakah, Qamishli, Kobani, and maybe even join with Iraq Kurdistan and have Full independance. Please can you comment about your views? Or better still, leave Syria as one single country, and the terrorists just f- off back to their own countries of origin.

I’ll be kind and call your idea naïve. The terrorists would simply use any land gains from your proposed new State of Terrabia to stage attacks on the rest of dismembered Syria.

You see, President Bashar al-Assad, the Syrian Army and the Syrian people just happen to love Syria too, and will not relinquish one single millimetre of precious Syrian soil to the foreign countries and their coward agents plotting against their homeland.

Everyone’s entitled to an opinion, the problem in trying to judge the outcome of this conflict things change rapidly. I felt the same at one point, but on another thread someone pointed out should the Syrian Government take Damascus, then Aleppo would probably fall to them as well

The situation now for instance The Lebanese Israeli border looks like it’s on the verge of falling a huge problem for the opposition as regards resupply Then there’s the Turkish border which looks to have been cut in half by the Kurdish advance

Why capitulate? The split up of Syria was always the plan. This is Phase 1 of the Israeli game plane all along and those who are their codependent enablers in the US, UK, etc. They want to herd Syrian loyalists into a killing field for a final solution that will depopulate Syria for Israeli colonization and expansion of the Zionist empire. Syrians under such a regime will be like the pathetic, persecuted Palestinians of the West Bank. The Turks will also seize more territory. It is a proposal to feed the vulture culture.

Yielding territory to terrorists would be rewarding them for their invasion, and that’s wrong. All rebels need to be killed or shoved back into the countries they came from. I’m sure Israel and Turkey will make short shrift of these people. Saudi and Jordan may fall, which would only be right. I think Assad has a secret deal with the Kurds, and that would make sense. YPG is doing SAA a big favour in the north, so Assad most probs promised them autonomy or even independence. There are disturbing news (from the Mossad-directed Debka agency) of a change of tactics between ISIS apes fighting Hezbollah/SAA in Qlalamoun using tunnels to dig in, disappear, letting SAA advance and pop up behind to snipe them. ISIS are losing ground in Iraq, as soon as Ramadi and Beiji are taken by the Iraqi Army, it will be onwards to Mosul, I recon Mosul will fall surprisingly fast onsidering the Kurds are to the North and East. And i bet after Iraq is free all those Shiite fighters will enter Syria. I recon if they followed the Euphrates River up to Der-el-Zor and then onwards to Ar-Raqqa, we would see ISIS grumble. But that is well in the future, Hopefully by 2016 the Shia’s will be flooding Syria to save it.

True Torah Jews are not Zionists at all and they are quite well organized. They regard Zionists as religious heretics. Gilad speaks about the problem with Jewish tribal identity. Many of us have followed the conflict in Syria since the very beginning. In following said conflict intensely and closely every day through several years many, if not most us, have grown attached to Syria through the dissemination of information and the humanitarian developments through-out. Mostly this is due to our ability to empathize and pursue information that correlates with our increasingly emotional baggage from simply following the conflict. I ask this because this because this dutch blogger Thomas van Linge uses a lot of archicivilians material. I get the idea that this Thomas van Linge, is just as Eliot Higgins (Bellingcat), a NATO hangout.

A lot of people don’t thrust the msm as the msm quotes a CIA or NATO source. So what do they do. They let a so called independent young Blogger post the CIA, NATO information. The western MSM picks the young blogger as source and saying this Blogger is “true independent” news. He makes his money with crowd sourcing, so he is objective.

Hopefully, all of what you state will come true. One wonders wheterh, after years of failure and the political situation in Turkey changing and the involvement of Iran ramping up, all of these jihadist “offensives” in the North (e.g., Idlib), South (e.g., Al Tha’lah), East (Paymyra) and West (Qualamoon) are a last-ditch effort to topple the Syrian government. This would explain the massive psyops campaign going on as well. I cannot understand why SAA does not clean up E-Ghouta already. It’s existence so close to the capital is a sign of SAA weakness.

Streamed live on Jun 16, 2015

Your best bet is to fight for the Kurds, if your desire is truly to help Syria. Not that the Kurds are necessarily pro-SAA, but they are at least cooperating with them in Qamishli and Hasakah, and very much against ISIS. Plus, they have a history of accepting foreign fighters of any language and country, into their ranks. To my knowledge, as has also been confirmed by Ziad, neither the SAA, nor the NDF, nor any other official government parts of the army, accept foreigners into their ranks. There are pro-government militants, such as the Palestinians, Iraqis, etc. Whether they… Read more »

I don’t know if I want to trust the kurds as they work together with FSA, and I would not fight next to a sunni half-radical. They do not pay, as far as I know.

Samantha Power: [Slave Of Israel] Liberal War Hawk – June 15, 2015 Exclusive: Liberal interventionist Samantha Power – along with neocon allies – appears to have prevailed in the struggle over how President Obama will conduct his foreign policy in his last months in office, promoting aggressive strategies that will lead to more death and destruction By Robert Parry https://consortiumnews.com/2015/06/15/samantha-power-liberal-war-hawk/ Propaganda and genocide almost always go hand in hand, with the would-be aggressor stirring up resentment often by assuming the pose of a victim simply acting in self-defense and then righteously inflicting violence on the targeted group. How come people like this lose a war ? Simply impossible. Look at their smile, hear their conviction, one can almost feel their hearts, the goodness within them. Long live Syria and the heroes defending what is left of good in this world. Very touching video.

The article below from Reme Sakr via almasdarnews is outstanding, very clear stand on the Druze communities in southern Syria, Golan etc.. and the geopolitics with Israel, US, Lebanon, Syria and Jordan. The latest events in Sweida may be a game changer for the southern front after all, with the potential of thousands of new Druze militia helping the Syria army, the balance of manpower may finally favor Syria in the southern front, but it will depend on how and when the Druze will be heavily armed, according to the article, this will happen soon, not only in Sweida but… Read more »

‘HUMANITARIAN NO FLY ZONE LOOMS AS RATS DIE IN DROVES, THE WEST GETS DESPERATE AND KERRY CLUTCHES AT STRAWS “The situation in Syria is now a global crisis. The root cause of the crisis in Syria is the Assad regime! It was Assad’s security forces who responded to the peaceful demands for freedom and democracy in 2011 with brutal repression including the killing, torture, and disappearance of innocent, democratic protesters. It was Assad who deliberately freed known terrorist extremists from Syria’s prisons to fuel his false narrative. The senseless acts of terrorism in Paris and Copenhagen, alongside the large numbers… Read more »

Wizard: Ah, yes! The infamous ‘WMD Portfolo’! Geez! The only reason Colin Powell pulled of the presentation ‘back in the day’ was because he was believable, and himself believed that he was handing out the straight skinney. Now, nobody believes anyone in, or from, DC and further, generally in,or from, the US or its sock puppets. We do know that the rats have made, and used, chlorine gas against civilians, the ingredients came from KSA, if I remember correctly. There was a squib on another site that Israel wants to expand into Syria in order to set up a ‘safe… Read more »

John Kerry is an adherent of the death cult, Skull and Bones Club. His reckless driving has repeatedly caused crashes and serious injury to his passengers. His career in Vietnam included killing innocent non-combatants. In 2013 he lied to a Senate committee about the sarin attack on The Ghouta, barking, ”We know!” Then the idiot’s loose comments to a journo in London provided Sergei Lavrov with a handy way to allow the vain faggot in the White Outhouse to climb down. Oops, Kerry! My stinking ABC TV shows al-Jazeera BS reports on the greasy shills lying to Congress about chlorine.… Read more »
